Four weeks of support.
For four weeks, we work live alongside you in focused 90-minute execution sessions. You arrive with an intention and a decision about what matters. Together, we choose the priority, define the next action and get to work. Much of each session is spent actively moving your work forward, with support while it’s happening.
Depending on the task, we may body double, screen-share, organize, troubleshoot, research, draft or build a workflow with you, within our agreed scope.

Both options are live, 1:1 working partnerships over four weeks. Both include clarity, accountability, presence, body doubling, problem-solving and active execution support. Choose the frequency that fits your work and the continuity you need.

Execution Sprint

For recurring structure and focused working time, with breathing room to carry momentum between sessions.

Execution Intensive
$899 USD / four weeks
For a launch, deadline-heavy or high-pressure season when you need weekday continuity and closer support.

The difference is frequency, not care. The Intensive adds 8 live sessions and 12 live hours across four weeks. Both options include the same core support.
Founding-client pricing. Scheduling is subject to availability. We’ll confirm fit, scope and session times before payment. Choosing a package here does not reserve a place or charge you. Payment is made via Wise after we confirm the working arrangement. Payments are non-refundable.

Execution block one
We work live alongside you. We may body double, screen-share, organize, troubleshoot, draft or research as the task and agreed scope require.
40 to 45 minutes
Pause and reset
We take a brief check-in or break, notice what changed, address a blocker and decide whether to continue or adjust.
45 to 80 minutes
Execution block two
We return to focused work on the same priority or the next clearly defined action.
80 to 90 minutes
Close with a next step
We review what moved, capture open loops and agree on what happens before our next session.
Why 90 minutes?
We use a focused, bounded working session with space for clarity, real execution, a brief reset and review. Ninety minutes is our practical starting format, not a universal rule for how long everyone can focus.
Practical business execution support
Bring client work, content, follow-ups, CRM cleanup, launch preparation, SOPs, outreach, research, admin or systems. We help organize the project, clarify the next action and work through it with you. You do not need a perfectly organized list to start.
A clear working agreement
We bring practical execution support; you bring the intention, the decision and a willingness to participate. We agree on realistic priorities together, without guaranteeing that every goal will be completed.
- We begin and end sessions at the scheduled time. We normally ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; missed sessions without reasonable notice count as used.
- Unused sessions do not automatically roll into another month.
- Between sessions, messaging is for brief updates, scheduling or necessary clarification. Additional execution work and significant done-for-you support are scoped separately.
- You remain responsible for final decisions, approvals, account access, financial decisions and obtaining professional advice.
This partnership does not include unlimited VA work, 24/7 access or unlimited consulting. It does not replace employees or contractors and is not therapy, counselling or mental-health treatment.

Is this coaching or working time?
This is a live working partnership. We clarify the priority and spend time executing through body doubling, organization, troubleshooting or hands-on support within our agreed scope.
What if my priorities are still messy?
You can arrive with an intention without a perfectly organized plan. We help choose one or two meaningful outcomes and a concrete next action.
Which package should we choose?
The USD $499 Sprint includes 12 sessions over four weeks. The USD $899 Intensive includes 20 sessions over four weeks. Both offer the same core support; the difference is frequency.
How do scheduling and payment work?
Send your inquiry first. We confirm fit, scope and available session times by email, then provide Wise payment instructions. Payments are non-refundable. An inquiry does not book sessions or take payment.
Can we reschedule a session?
We normally ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without reasonable notice count as used, and unused sessions do not automatically roll into another month.
What happens between sessions?
Messaging is for brief updates, scheduling and necessary clarification. Additional execution work and significant done-for-you support are scoped separately.
